To ensure geometric accuracy and excellent surface finish characteristics Hardtech has invested in the latest cylindrical & surface grinders from industry leader, Jones & Shipman.

Each Jones & Shipman Grinder uses Touchscreen technology to access fast-to-set software, along with membrane-type touch keys, electronic hand-wheels, automatic dressing and grinding cycles.

Centreless grinding production is performed on high quality Cincinnati grinders, built to proven standards of excellence and providing quality, precision and reliability. Due to the diverse nature of the materials we grind we have dedicated machines for different material classifications.

In addition we have facilities for Optical Profile Grinding, Tool & Cutter grinding and hard material cut-off saws.
