Specializing in Grinding, EDM Spark Erosion and EDM Wire Erosion of Tungsten Carbide Products, Hard materials, PCD, Ceramics, Heavy Metals, Steels, Super Alloys, Carbide & Ceramic Coatings HVOF and Plasma, we either supplying a finishing service or a complete product or component.
Working either with customer free issue materials and drawings or, through our close association with major carbide manufacturers in Europe and the US, we can supply complete products to customer design. We will also work with your preferred raw material supplier if required.
The Company has consistently invested in the latest EDM, WEDM and Precision Grinding Technology and, with the exception of heat treatment, all work is carried out at our Aylesbury plant. This enables us to offer a complete service from conception, assistance in product design & prototyping, through to finished machining.
